Promotions and new hires at Maguire Family Law

As we continue to expand our Manchester city centre team, we have appointed two new solicitors and promoted two of our existing team members.

Jennifer Hudec has been promoted to partner, having joined us as a senior associate in 2025. A highly experienced family lawyer, Jennifer has particular specialisms in high-net-worth divorce and complex financial remedy proceedings, alongside extensive experience advising on private children matters and the wider aspects of family law. Her promotion recognises her expertise, commitment to clients and contribution to our continued growth.

We have also welcomed Ciara Florey as an associate solicitor. Having specialised exclusively in family law throughout her legal career, Ciara brings experience in high-value financial remedy cases and private children disputes and will advise clients across a broad range of family law matters.

Alice Ferguson joins us as a solicitor following the completion of her training contract at a leading full-service law firm. Alice has a strong background in children law, bringing valuable experience in complex, sensitive matters involving children and families.

In a further internal promotion, Ruth Wynn has progressed to associate solicitor, recognising her professional development, dedication to clients and contribution to the team.
