Your road map

We offer a fixed fee first consultation and in our view is far more valuable to you than any ‘free’ initial meeting can be. We can assist you in a thorough and joined up way that takes into account all of the details that are personal to you and your case. We will provide an overview and a road map that will be helpful long after the meeting is over.

Initial Consultation

The first step is to arrange a meeting at a time to suit you. This can be done face to face, by video or telephone. During that consultation we will discuss your case, options and directions it might take. We will also discuss with you possible and likely outcomes as far as we can; together with any risks, timescales, costs and tactics. There will also be time to answer any questions that you have. Before the consultation we will provide you with a questionnaire so that you can formulate your information and think about your questions in advance, thereby making best use of the time available.

Guidance

After the consultation we will provide to you follow up advice and guidance in writing. This includes a breakdown of the relevant legal issues in your particular case; and also to confirm any answers to the questions you may have raised. You would then have the opportunity to reflect and decide how best to proceed.
