Alice Ferguson

Alice studied English at the University of Liverpool before converting to law and completing the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2026 following her training contract at a leading full-service law firm.

Alice has significant experience in children law, having worked on a wide range of complex and sensitive matters involving children and families. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of the legal and practical issues that can arise where arrangements for children are disputed, including cases involving safeguarding concerns and other complex family dynamics.

Alice is primarily based in the firm’s Manchester office. She takes a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to children matters, recognising the importance of achieving solutions which protect children’s interests while helping parents navigate what can be an extremely difficult and emotional time.

Alice prides herself on providing clear, supportive advice and ensuring that clients feel informed and reassured at every stage of their case.
