2. The Agreement between us
2.1 You should only use the Website if you accept the following Website terms and conditions and Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”). Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept all of these Terms, you should not use the Website.
2.2 Any error or omission of any information that we publish on the Website shall be subject to correction, provided that the correction does not materially affect the Website.
2.3 Maguire Family Law may modify these Terms at any time and we will inform you of any intended changes by posting a notice on the Website. If you do not wish to accept any amended Terms you should stop using the Website. Your continued use of the Website will signify your acceptance of any amended Terms.
2.4 If you are a client and we have made a contract with you by electronic means (website, email, etc.) you may be entitled to use an EU online dispute resolution service to assist with any contractual dispute you may have with us. 3. Copyright and other Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All information, data and materials used in the Website are protected by rights, including copyright, design rights, database rights and trade marks. All these rights are either owned by us or licensed to us by the rights owner(s) for use with the Website or otherwise used by us as permitted by applicable law.
3.2 You may:
a) print or download to a local hard disk extracts from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use; and
b) copy such extracts to individual third parties for their personal information only, provided that you: acknowledge the Website as the source of the material, (including the Website address (https://www.family-law.co.uk/) in the copy of the extract; you inform the third party that these Terms apply to him or her and the third party agrees to comply with these Terms; and you recopy the extracted material in complete and unmodified form.

3.4 Maguire Family Law reserves the right at any time at its discretion to withdraw or modify the licence set out at 3.2 above.

4.1 The Website contains general information only and is not intended to constitute specific legal or other professional advice. Always consult a suitably qualified lawyer on any specific legal problem or matter that you have and where the case has an international aspect to it legal advice should be taken from a lawyer qualified in that country.  We are qualified in England & Wales only.

4.3 Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.  You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.4 Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.  It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

5.2 Maguire Family Law reserves the right to employ such measures as are necessary to remove any linking or framing to the Website.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 You agree to use the Website as permitted by these Terms and for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:
(a) use the Website to receive, access or transmit material that is obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, threatening, degrading, racist, in breach of confidence or in breach of third party intellectual property rights (including copyright) or otherwise objectionable or unlawful;
(b) impersonate any person, or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

(d) interfere with the use of the Website by other users;

7. Limitations
7.1 Maguire Family Law will do our best to maintain the operation of the Website in accordance with these Terms. However, we cannot guarantee that the Website will be technically suitable for viewing on your computer or that the Website will be delivered to you uninterrupted in a timely manner, secure or error-free.
7.2 You are responsible for providing all computer equipment, mobile phone equipment and telecommunications service required to use the Website. We cannot and do not accept any responsibility for these and cannot guarantee the continued availability of any other person or services involved in providing the Website to you.
7.3 The Internet is not a secure environment and we cannot guarantee that the Website and the server are free of computer viruses or other harmful applications. We recommend that you regularly update your browser software and use up-to-date anti-virus software to ensure that your access to the Website is as secure as possible.
7.4 Your access to the Website may be occasionally restricted due to events beyond our reasonable control or to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Where this happens, we will attempt to restore the Website as soon as we reasonably can.

Maguire Family Law is not responsible for the content of such other websites and to the extent permitted by law disclaims all liability in respect of such content and of any other websites or content which you may be able to access from these websites.
7.6 Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligent acts or omissions, or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall only be liable for loss or damage which is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms.

8. Your responsibility to us
8.1 You shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by Maguire Family Law which are caused by your deliberate breach of these Terms.

9. Terminations and Suspension
9.1 Maguire Family Law may cancel or suspend your access to the Website if:
(a) you breach these Terms or misuse the Website; or
(b) you have behaved in a way which objectively could be regarded as inappropriate or is unlawful or illegal or which would bring Maguire Family Law into disrepute.
9.2 Maguire Family Law may suspend access to the Website or require you to change any passwords that you may use to access parts of the Website if we reasonably believe that the Website has been or is likely to be misused, and we will notify you accordingly.
9.3 It may be necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to terminate the Website and if this occurs we will endeavour to provide as much notice as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
9.4 Any termination of the Website or your access to the Website will not affect liability previously incurred by either of us to the other.

10. Privacy Policy
10.1 Any personal information that we collect from you will only be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.
10.2 The EU Cookie Legislation came into force on the 25 May 2011 and to comply we must warn users that we use cookies on our site.  This site uses cookies to remember whether visitors have viewed it.  We also use a Google Analytics script which uses cookies.  You may delete and block all cookies from the site but part of the site may not work correctly.  Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit.  They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.  Most web browsers allow some control of most cookies through the browser setting.  To find out more about cookies, including how to see how cookies are set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

11. Disputes and law
11.1 Maguire Family Law will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement you may wish to take court proceedings.
11.2 These Terms and the agreement between you and us are governed by English law and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Access Outside The UK
12.1 Maguire Family Law cannot guarantee that the Website complies with all foreign and local laws and requirements outside the United Kingdom.

13. General
13.1 If any part of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.2 If you breach these Terms and we ignore this, Maguire Family Law will still be entitled to enforce all these terms at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these Terms.
13.3 These Terms and the agreement between you and us for the provision of the Website are only available in the English language.

14. Accessibility
