Mak Singh

Mak studied law at the University of Manchester and completed his master’s in professional legal practice with the University of Law, Manchester.

Mak joined the Maguire Family Law team in June 2024, having previously worked in Legal 500 ranked team in Liverpool and Manchester. Qualifying in 2023, Mak has spent the entirety of his career working in the family law sector. Mak is now based primarily in our Manchester office.

Mak has experience in dealing with all aspects of relationship breakdown, specifically dealing with complex, high net worth and high conflict divorces. Mak also deals with the financial issues arising from the separation of cohabitees and arrangements relating to children.

Mak places the welfare and wellbeing of his clients as his primary concern, recognising that they are going through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Mak prides himself on his robust and forensic approach to cases and is focused on obtaining the best outcomes for his clients.
