Back 30 May 2014Maya Angelou dies aged 86 The inspirational, American poet, author and activist , Maya Angelou, has died at the age of 86. Maya has left a legacy of work to inspire generations to come. Her early childhood struggles and those of a single parent inspired her words, forgiving spirit and unshakable faith. Her legacy will go on to liberate our minds and heal our hearts.
