Maguire Family Law Celebrates International Women’s Day 2023 With Launch Of Mentoring Programme For Local Women

As a predominantly female-led business, we are a strong advocate for International Women’s Day. To celebrate the annual event that takes place on 8^th March, we are launching a mentoring programme to support one local woman at the beginning of their career.

Our team is made up of experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, specialising in complex pre-and post-nuptial agreements, domestic and international divorce proceedings and private children matters. Utilising this experience, we are delighted to announce that we will be providing the chosen candidate with the opportunity to have tailored one-to-one quarterly mentoring with the law firm’s talented team. Over the duration of 12 months, our skilful team will provide insight and actionable advice on a range of topics, including interview practice, CV workshops and career progression mentorship.

We are passionate about offering equal career opportunities for all team members, including women and offer a defined career pathway to our employees, dedicated to their individual growth and development. We want to harness this passion and offer local Manchester and Cheshire residents the opportunity to utilise our team’s experience and to support a woman who is at the beginning of their career journey.

The mentorship programme is open to women looking to begin a career in any sector or industry, with applications opening on International Women’s Day (8th March).
