Back 3 October 2013Ladies in Business Wilmslow and Macclesfield James Maguire & Co played host to the ladies in business Wilmslow and Macclesfield quarterly meeting. Ladies in Business was started in April 2012 by Harts Limited, Royal Bank of Scotland and Jobling Gowler Solicitors. The group was created as there appeared to be a gap in the market for a relaxed and informal evening networking group in East Cheshire, for ladies. The group meets once a quarter and last nights event was the eighth meeting. The group is not for profit and the small fee is used to provide a fork supper which was a roaring success last night and provided by Sarah Bridge who is soon to open Wilmslow Cookery School. The evening was kicked off by our own Katie Dillon, family law solicitor, who introduced the firm with a brief history and background to our services. Suka pop up shop attended with a selection of their clothes and accessories whilst Chanel representatives brought along their new winter make up collection and demonstrated this seasons, must have, red lips! Wine tasting was in progress courtesy of Jean Juviniere to ensure that everyone had an enjoyable evening!
