Gabrielle Dugan

Gabrielle qualified in June 2016 in London, before relocating to Manchester to specialise in family law. Gabrielle joined the Maguire Family Law team in March 2025 having previously worked in a Legal 500 ranked team of a national firm and is now based in our Altrincham head office.

Gabrielle prides herself in providing direct, succinct, and practical family law advice, to assist clients navigating the many challenges that arise during divorce, matrimonial, cohabiting and parenting disputes. Appreciating that the process is often neither straightforward nor predictable, Gabrielle endeavours to be a calming source of knowledge. Advising client’s promptly and unwaveringly through a wide range of matters arising from relationship breakdown and the financial matters associated with it, including cohabiting disputes and applications regarding children.

Gabrielle has experience in dealing with all aspects of a relationship breakdown, including complex financial matters and child arrangements. She also deals with financial and property issues arising from the separation of cohabitees.
